Moreover, the users can turn off the video presentation without disrupting the conversation’s coherence. For those operating on the slower computers Fido intelligence has prepared the slide show mode with Janek’s humorous photos. This feature illustrates the innovative and unparalleled approach to the question of a virtual character’s on-line presentation.

For over 20 million of clients empik is a guide to the most notable and trendy cultural phenomena. Ewa main task is to provide instructions how to use empik.com shop online. Ewa answers the customers questions and helps in getting answers about the products offered by the shop. The Virtual Assistant is integrated with the product database which includes several thousands of positions. If you ask Ewa: “Do you have “Leonardo Da Vinci Code” book?” she answer: “I have found some products that may interest you. The following displays a list of titles: .... ‘. The user can select the title that interests him, and then go to a specific page further describes the selected object. It gives Eva the ability to search for the products which the customer is interested in. Ewa can also answer questions such as: how to make a purchase? how to cancel an order?
